Humanoid is a data resource providing functional analysis of Human Ortholog Groups. The present release uses Inparanoid 6.1 and Ensembl 43.

This Resource provides:

  • Multiple Sequence Alignment for each Human Ortholog Group.
  • Dendrogram Trees for each Human Ortholog Group and subgroups as defined by SCI-PHY
  • Prediction of functional divergence between each pair of subgroups.
  • Functionally important Sites for each pair of subgroups.
